Everyone these days are searching! Searching for the latest "Techno Gadget" so they can be "all that" and a bag of chips to their friends. For bragging rights on their Facebook posts, or Twitter accounts.
I am personally looking for Peace of Mind, knowing that the choices that I make for my family are the right ones. Heaven forbid I decide to do something that is going to make me look like a total tard, or idiot in the eyes of my kids, my Facebook Friends, or even the attempted collection of "Followers" with my Twitter account (what a pain it is to keep and retain
REAL Followers).
Twitter... Interesting name for the site, actually. I remember an expression that My Mother used to use when I didn't get my way, or I had to change (the perfectly clean clothes I had on "in my mind") my clothes! She'd be all like, "Don't be getting all twitterpated because you can't have your way!"... OR "There you go again getting all twitterpated and scrunchie-faced faced because you "have" to do what you are told to do"...
I am fairly comfortable with the life choices I have made! After all, I am still alive, right? :-)
I have a decent cell phone through T-Mobile! I mean it won't start my car, but why would I need that if I just need to contact my son to have him remember to do his chores for the 98th time this week...
I have an I-Pad that my Wife bought me for our Anniversary. I can't start the car with it either but, I bet There Is An App For That!
I have also been victim of chasing rainbows, dreams, ideas and concepts that "in theory" if applied will make huge amounts of money. I have literally been a professional network marketer of so many different items that if I had opportunity and my foresight was as good as my hindsight, I would have kept at least one each of the products from each specific "opportunity" around as a
primitive collection of the torment each of "those" businesses put me through.
I would have liked to have kept a journal of the various businesses that I have ventured into 'on the hopes' whims and promises of new-found wealth (none of which panned out for me). I would be willing to bet that I have been involved in over 50+ ventures of one degree, or another.
Soaps, perfumes, food, nutritional shakes, miracle cure juice drinks, lose my fat rear health products, self improvement, internet domain services, etc. None of them promised to deliver on the speculative information they all said that could be realized.
Sure there were people with verifiable astronomical incomes, but the average "Joe" like me, would be lucky to at least make my money back (which I did manage to do in most of them).
All of this Babble brings me to my latest discovery and unlike all of the hocus pocus mumbo jumbo barking sales pitches of years gone by, this one rings 100% true to it's claims. Anybody can do this because virtually 80% of the people you encounter on a daily basis, or those you know drink coffee, tea, or hot chocolate at least occasionally.
In fact out of all the numerous business opportunities I have attempted to work in the past, this is the first one that My Mother has purchased from me.
